Dream Catcher Charters

Dream Catcher Charters was started back in 1992 as a private diving and sight seeing operation. Steven moved to become a full time Flats fishing guide in 1996. As time went on and the advent of the internet as a way to reach potential clients Capt. Steven successfully marketed his was to over 200 trips per year.

By 1999 He was Offering the overflow to fellow fishing guides Capt. Steven then opened The Keys To Key West as Key West’s first online reservation company, offering potential clients not only fishing charters but great rates on accommodations for his clients and other Key West Activities as well including Excursions out to the Dry Tortugas.

In 2000 Capt Steven bought a second boat to offer clients a family oriented backcountry fishing adventure. This charter was designed to get the whole family out for a fun day on the water offering fishing, snorkeling, sight seeing and deserted island hops. Basically whatever the client wanted to do.

Adding the family fun fishing / snorkeling charter led to the beginning of Dream Catchers as a corporation. That charter was a hit and filled a gap in offerings to the Key West visiting tourist.

Realizing there was more to offer than just flats fishing for a select audience Dream Catcher Charters opened up the options for visitors now offering backcountry fishing for groups of 4 or less to experience flats fishing with a less pressured edge with the use of t fishing boats like the Yellowfin 24 bay boat and the Action Craft Coastal Bay. This type of fishing became so versatile for anyone who wanted to Live the Dream that repeat clientele have filled the schedule making need for more boats to offer this charter to new clients as well.
