The Conch Republic Seafood Company® maintains its history in the Historic Seaport District of Key West. The seafood is delivered to the docks and then onto the plates in Florida and Caribbean styles. At the Conch Bar, there are over 80 brands of rum to taste. The restaurant is outdoors, under a roof, and on the water.
