Turtle Kraals Restaurant, an icon of Key West, has recently reopened. The newly remodeled exhibition kitchen is tooled with the industry’s best “Southern Pride” smoker oven and an open flame mesquite grill. The seafood comes directly from the Turtle Kraals own fish market, but the menu includes an extensive barbecue list as well. The meat is slow-smoked for up to fourteen hours before coming to your plate, maximizing its rich, smoky flavor.
